1. Our Shipping Commitment

At KNOPROTEC Store, we partner with Bangladesh's most trusted domestic courier services — Steadfast Courier and Pathao Courier — to ensure fast, reliable, and safe delivery of every order across the country.

For international shipments, we work with globally recognized courier services through eCourier, including DHL, Aramex, and EMS.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed on business days only — Saturday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
• Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-demand periods, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
• You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within Bangladesh)

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners, Steadfast Courier and Pathao Courier.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or logistics conditions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within Bangladesh. Please note:

• COD is available for orders up to ৳10,000.
• COD is available in all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
• Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD privileges being suspended for your account.

5. International Shipping

For international orders, KNOPROTEC Store ships through eCourier, which partners with globally trusted carriers including DHL, Aramex, and EMS (Express Mail Service) — covering shipments from Bangladesh to destinations worldwide.

International shipping rates vary significantly based on:

• Destination country and city
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected carrier (DHL, Aramex, or EMS)
• Product category (documents vs. parcels)
• Optional insurance coverage

Here's how it works:

1. Place your order on our website as normal.
2. Our team will contact you via phone call within 2–3 business days after order submission.
3. We will discuss the exact shipping rate, carrier options, delivery timeframe, and any applicable customs or insurance fees based on your country and location.
4. You confirm and pay the shipping charge separately before dispatch.
5. Your order is then dispatched and tracked through your chosen carrier.

🌍 International Courier Partners

All international carriers operated through eCourier offer compensation for damage or loss, with optional insurance available for shipments valued up to BDT 20,000 at a 2% insurance charge.

🛃 International Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country's customs authority.
• These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• KNOPROTEC Store cannot predict or control customs charges or delays.
• We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments — we cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue shipments.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing:

• Your Order ID
• Name of the courier partner
• A tracking number
• A tracking link to monitor delivery in real time

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your KNOPROTEC Store account and visiting "My Orders".

7. Packaging

• All items are carefully inspected before packing.
• Products are packed using appropriate protective materials — bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy boxes.
• Fragile and high-value items receive extra protective packaging.
• If you receive a package that appears damaged during transit, take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. In case of a failed delivery:

• The courier will notify you via phone.
• You may be required to collect the package from the nearest courier branch.
• Re-delivery charges may apply for a fresh dispatch.
• For COD orders that are refused or unclaimed, the customer may be required to cover the return shipping cost.

To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure:

• Your delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete.
• Someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
• Your phone is reachable for courier contact.

9. Incorrect Address

KNOPROTEC Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your address before dispatch — once dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Delivery timelines may be affected during:
